CONFIRMATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Applicable from Friday May 16 until Monday September 7 2008
Minimum 2 nights stay Friday and Saturday
Single room occupancy is discounted by £10 per room per night.
Children and babies are always welcome. If required a babies cot is available for £5 per night.
We are sorry but can not accept pets.
Confirmation of Booking/Deposit
Bookings are confirmed EITHER upon receipt of credit or debit card details OR upon payment of a deposit (equalling 50% of total booking)
Credit/debit cards will not be debited unless guests fail to arrive or should fail to cancel
Payments
We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit cards or credit cards; please note that credit card payments carry a surcharge of 2%; other forms of payment carry no surcharge
Cancellations
A small guest house such as ours is clearly affected by cancellations, and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy
If a guest requires to cancel a reservation for any reason, they must notify us by telephone or in writing; the following cancellation charges will apply:
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival date: any monies paid will be refunded with no further charge
Cancellations 6 to 30 days prior to arrival date: deposit not returned OR credit/debit card charged with 50% of total booking
Cancellations 5 days or less from arrival date: full cost of booking is payable
N.B. Should we be able to re-book the room, a refund may be made to the guest dependent upon the period re-booked
